On a sunny day, with skies so clear,
The Crooked Antler Beerfest drew near.
In the midst of winter’s icy grasp,
Beer lovers gathered for a sunny repast.
With thermometers reading a cool 30 degrees,
They braved the chill with hearty glee.
The air was filled with laughter and cheer,
As friends and strangers came far and near.
Blind tasting of beers, a true delight,
With flavors bold and aromas bright.
Craig Hurwitz’s brew, with its unique taste,
Earned him third place, not one to waste.
Cam Keefe’s creation, smooth and refined,
Captured second, a victory enshrined.
But it was Josh Greene’s sour ale, oh so grand,
That won Beerfest, the toast of the land.
So here’s to the 7th Annual Crooked Antler Beerfest,
Where memories were made and dreams were blessed.
Under the sun’s warm and welcoming ray,
We’ll raise our glasses to another successful day.

The 7th Annual Crooked Antler Beerfest wrapped up this weekend with some amazing weather, meaning we saw the sunshine for the first time in what seemed like weeks. Our BBQ Pit Master Mike brought us the surf and turf of the BBQ world. And of course, the crowds brought some of the most amazing frothy IPAs, porters, stouts, sours, pilsners, and a few more for our first time doing blind tasting and voting.

Liquid Therapy’s Blue Wave took home the glory.

Castle Island’s Eight Marshmallow was the supporting cast to an incredible day.

Barnstable Brewing’s Portah(Coconut) was on the podium with cleanup duty.
